我們的茶不只有機野放,還兼具乾淨、安全、專業的製茶技術,全台唯一獨特野放青心柑種,茶氣霸足、單寧如絲、香氣高雅細緻、茶湯濃稠滑潤。
  我們有別於一般的有機茶種植農戶,施用非常大量有機肥的茶園管理,我們以有機野放農法栽種,讓茶樹自然吸收天地精華,茶樹為了生存而更加堅韌。


        茶園裡自然形成完整的食物鏈、雖然昆蟲會把茶葉吃光光,但是我們不會害怕,我們樂於與大自然分享。

  專業的製茶師團隊必須先經過嚴格的專業訓練,考取專業製茶國家證照與專業茶葉品評證照,才能為您提供最高品質的精緻有機茶。


        市售一般的有機茶,大部份為採摘生長期40-50天的老葉,為了讓產量比變大,但是茶味會粗糙帶苦澀,谷芳只採摘生長期7-15天的細芽嫩心,白毫濃密、茶質細緻、濃稠、高雅、甜潤、不苦澀,茶饕客稱之此茶為藝術品。

        Our tea is not only grown organically in the wild, but are also processed with clean, safe and professional tea-making techniques. Our tea is Taiwan’s only exclusively grown-in-the-wild Qingxin (literally: "Green Heart") Citrus Cultivar with a full-bodied delicate and elegant tea aroma, silk-like tannin, and smooth dense texture.  Different from normal organic tea farmers who use a great quantity of organic fertilizers, we instead resort to organic wild farming for our tea trees to absorb all the essence & nutrients between heaven and earth and thus grow to be more tenacious for survival. 


        A complete food chain emerges of its own accord where insects can devour all tea leaves. Yet, we fear not as we are more than happy to share with nature.Our team of professional tea makers have to first undergo stringent professional training and sit exams to obtain professional state tea-making certificates and professional tea-tasting certificates so as to present to you with the highest-quality exquisite organic tea.  


        Regular organic tea on the market is mostly harvested from old leaves on a 40-50 day vegetative stage for the sake of increased production, but such tea can often taste rough and rather bitter & astringent. Gu Fang only picks delicate fine tips on their 7-15 day vegetative stage. Tea connoisseurs refer to such tea as an artwork for its dense white tips and exquisite, thick, elegant, sweet/mild taste, not bitter nor astringent.
