谷芳有機茶園源自1871年，位於新北市三峽白雞山，七代傳承至今。這裡不只是茶園，也是結合有機茶、茶風味烘焙、生態教育與家族故事的百年幸福茶園。
我們堅持不使用化學農藥、化學肥料、除草劑與生長激素，讓茶樹在自然環境中生長，與昆蟲、植物及土地生態共生。谷芳有機茶園通過慈心有機驗證、ISO22000、HACCP、HALAL等認證，並以乾淨專業的製程，守護每一杯茶的安全與品質，同時，我們完成ISO 14064-2018自願性溫室氣體盤查，持續檢視茶園與製程對環境的影響，讓永續不只是理念，而是被記錄、被實踐的日常。
除了製茶，我們也將茶香延伸到烘焙與手作體驗。由具備七張烘焙證照的專業師資設計課程，帶領遊客親手製作茶風味甜點，從品茶、聞香到手作，感受一片茶葉更多元的風味與生命力。
從一片茶葉到一場體驗，我們希望讓更多人看見：有機農業不只是生產方式，更是一家人一起守護土地、友善環境、傳給下一代的幸福選擇。
Gu Fang Organic Tea Garden was founded in 1871 and is located in Baiji Mountain, Sanxia, New Taipei City. Passed down through seven generations, it is more than a tea garden—it is a century-old place of happiness that brings together organic tea, tea-flavored baking experiences, ecological education, and family stories.
We insist on using no chemical pesticides, chemical fertilizers, herbicides, or growth hormones, allowing our tea trees to grow in a natural environment and coexist with insects, plants, and the land’s ecosystem. Gu Fang Organic Tea Garden has obtained Tse-Xin Organic Certification, ISO22000, HACCP, and HALAL certifications. Through clean and professional production processes, we safeguard the safety and quality of every cup of tea.
We have also completed the ISO 14064-2018 voluntary greenhouse gas inventory, continuously reviewing the environmental impact of our tea garden and production processes. For us, sustainability is not only an idea, but a daily practice that is recorded, examined, and carried out step by step.
In addition to tea production, we extend the aroma of tea into baking and hands-on experiences. Our courses are designed by professional instructors with seven baking certificates, guiding visitors to create tea-flavored desserts by hand. From tea tasting and aroma appreciation to hands-on making, guests can experience the diverse flavors and vitality of a single tea leaf.
From a single tea leaf to a meaningful experience, we hope to show more people that organic agriculture is not only a way of production, but also a meaningful choice for our family to protect the land, care for the environment, and pass happiness on to the next generation.
谷芳有機茶園は1871年に創立され、新北市三峡区の白雞山に位置しています。七代にわたり受け継がれてきたこの場所は、単なる茶園ではなく、有機茶、茶風味のベーキング体験、生態教育、そして家族の物語が結びついた、百年の歴史を持つ幸福な茶園です。
私たちは、化学農薬、化学肥料、除草剤、成長ホルモンを使用せず、茶樹が自然環境の中で育ち、昆虫や植物、土地の生態系と共に生きることを大切にしています。谷芳有機茶園は、慈心有機認証、ISO22000、HACCP、HALAL認証を取得しており、清潔で専門的な製造工程を通して、一杯一杯のお茶の安全と品質を守っています。
また、ISO 14064-2018 自主的温室効果ガスインベントリを完了し、茶園や製造工程が環境に与える影響を継続的に見直しています。私たちにとって、持続可能性は単なる理念ではなく、記録され、確認され、一歩ずつ実践される日々の取り組みです。
製茶だけでなく、私たちは茶の香りをベーキングや手作り体験にも広げています。七つのベーキング資格を持つ専門講師がコースを設計し、参加者が茶風味のスイーツを手作りできるよう案内しています。お茶を味わい、香りを感じ、実際に作ることで、一枚の茶葉が持つ多様な風味と生命力を体験していただけます。
一枚の茶葉から一つの体験まで、私たちは、有機農業が単なる生産方法ではなく、家族みんなで土地を守り、環境にやさしく、次の世代へ幸せをつなぐ大切な選択であることを、より多くの方に伝えていきたいと考えています。

我們有別於一般的有機茶種植農戶，施用非常大量有機肥的茶園管理，我們以有機野放農法栽種，讓茶樹自然吸收天地精華，茶樹為了生存而更加堅韌。
Our tea is not only grown organically in the wild, but are also processed with clean, safe and professional tea-making techniques. Our tea is Taiwan’s only exclusively grown-in-the-wild Qingxin (literally: "Green Heart") Citrus Cultivar with a full-bodied delicate and elegant tea aroma, silk-like tannin, and smooth dense texture. Different from normal organic tea farmers who use a great quantity of organic fertilizers, we instead resort to organic wild farming for our tea trees to absorb all the essence & nutrients between heaven and earth and thus grow to be more tenacious for survival.
